We love the manufactured home industry and will continue to shift the paradigm of what it means to live in a manufactured home. There are many benefits of living in a manufactured home community: you don’t pay property taxes, and in some cases sewer and utilities you have a community to live in which is so needed in the United States right now and for the cost of an apartment you don’t have neighbors right next to you, you have your own space you can afford home ownership which alludes many Americans. The manufactured home industry is providing a viable option to affordable housing, and Havenpark is taking that one step further by creating premier living experiences within our communities. We believe the manufactured home industry is an amazing industry! Forbes recently reported on the skyrocketing housing costs across the country. We believe in work life balance offering from 5-6 weeks paid leave for each employee. They would rather work for a dynamic company than a stagnant company. Havenpark is a dynamic company, which from our latest engagement survey, the majority of our employees enjoy. Today we are maintaining that growth in a very healthy manner. Much like the tech industry startups, at first there are lots of hours put in to keep the company afloat. Havenpark was established in 2015, young for the manufacturing home industry. That definitely can be a stressful environment and we apologize that you felt that way. We are sorry that you felt we were not a good employer to you. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to see positive changes in the near future. Although the industry is several decades old, we are committed to making continuous improvements until all our communities are at a gold standard level.
